Google Plus and Blogging

Every time I post to my blog, Google plus comes up to share with my circle.  Is this normal?

    yes, thats a new thing. It allows you to publish your blog to a wider audience. you can cancel it or I'm sure there may be a setting in Blogger to stop it.
